• Reduce youth access to Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs (ATOD) through education and environmentally based ATOD prevention awareness activities.


• Educate parents on the importance of parental monitoring and clear rules of conduct within the family unit regarding ATOD use.


• Work to increase the age of onset of ATOD use.


• Educate the community regarding how social norms relate to ATOD in their community.
