United Way of Saginaw County has been positively impacting the community for 97 years. The organization has come a long way since starting as the Welfare League in 1919. No matter what the organization was called or which programs it was helping, the one thing that has remained over the years is the dedication of our community serving as board chairs, campaign chairs, board members, volunteers, advocates and donors. Without the support of so many people throughout the years, our organization would have never been able to evolve into the organization that it is today.
