SVSU Family 5K Fun Run/Walk
Thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday, October 20 for the 4th Annual Healthy-U Cardinal Family Fun Run/Walk - hosted by our friends at Saginaw Valley State University.
SVSU students, faculty and members of the community came together to raise money for United Way as they walked or ran in the 5K event. In addition to the race there were bounce houses, games and even a clown making balloon animals for the children. Despite the weather being a little dreary there really was something for everyone.
We are still waiting to hear how much the event raised but all proceeds from the race befenfit United Way of Saginaw County.Pictures from the event can be found here.
