Keeping Families Warm this Winter

Covenant Cares with Coats

In early October, Covenant HealthCare began its Covenant Cares with Coats drive.
Organized by the Covenant Cares Concierge program, Covenant Cares with Coats aimed to collect coats as well as other winter gear. The collected goods were then distributed to United Way to help the individuals and families through the Holiday Wish List program and other community programs.
"Covenant is a great community partner and their Covenant Cares philosophy is very evident through this activity as well as the many other ways Covenant and its employees impact our community", said United Way Vice President, Marsha Cooley.
Covenant Cares with Coats will be running through mid-November. Drop boxes can be found in most local Covenant locations, or coats and other winter gear can also be dropped off at United Way.
Thank you to Covenant Cares Concierge for organizing the event and to all those who donated.

Wildfire Credit Union Helps Keep Our Community Warm with Winter Coat Drive
This fall, Wildfire Credit Union hosted it's "Keep Our Community Warm" coat drive. Members and employees donated more than 300 new coats along with other winter clothing.
The donated winter wear was distributed among the United Way agencies in Saginaw, Bay and Midland Counties. In Saginaw County, the coats will be used to help with our Holiday Wish List program and other community programs.
Thank you to the members and employees of Wildfire Credit Union! We greatly appreciate your donations and commitment to the community.
