Raffle Rules & Regulations
Raffle Entries: participants must be at least 21 years of age – UWSC Board members are eligible
Ticket Price: 1 ticket for $20 or 6 tickets for $100

RULES & REGULATIONS: One winner will be picked for each prize from all eligible entries. You need not be present at drawing to win. Odds of winning will depend on the number of submitted entries. You must be twenty-one (21) years or older to win. Employees of UWSC are ineligible to participate in this raffle. The prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed, exchanged, or otherwise substituted. The values of the prize may be taxable as income to the winner of such prize(s). Payments of all applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By participating, you consent to use your name and/or likeness, in any manner for marketing, advertising or promotion without additional remuneration. UWSC is not responsible for lost or late entries, including entries lost or damaged in the mail. Winner agrees to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Waiver, Indemnification and Release, which releases UWSC of any liability resulting from receipt and/or use of the prize prior to the receipt of the prize. Prize must be claimed within 15 calendar days of the drawing or another drawing from the original pool of entries will occur. Acceptable photo identification must be presented to claim the prize. All winners of prizes valued above $600 will be required to provide a completed W-9 and may be issued a 1099-MISC as required by the IRS. The winner will be responsible to report material winnings as required by the IRS. Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Violation of these rules may subject winner to disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. Disqualification shall be at the sole discretion of UWSC. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a 24‐month lease for a 2022 Chevrolet Crew Cab Silverado, MSRP of $45,985, with 10,000 miles per year: from Garber Chevrolet Saginaw. Winner is responsible for approval through GM Financial, insurance and any personal income taxes owed according to the IRS rules. A 2022 form W‐9 will be issued to the Grand Prize Winner. Physical delivery of the Grand Prize must be taken at Garber Chevrolet Saginaw, 8800 Gratiot Rd, Saginaw, MI 48609. Grand Prize winner must be twenty-one (21) years or older and will be required to provide a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of existing car insurance coverage (comprehensive or liability) at time of delivery. Grand Prize winner is required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to licensing and insurance requirements.

Travel Redemption Policies:
Accommodations for one room for three nights at your choice of Marriott anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States (Used with below airline tickets)
Coach-class, round-trip airline tickets for two people to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. (Used with above accommodations)
Travel is subject to availability. Once a reservation has been made, changes or extensions are not permitted. Holiday and convention periods are blacked out, and travel is not allowed during those times. Travel must be completed by the date specified by Morley. Reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to departure date. No other compensation will be given in lieu of this package, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, cannot earn frequent flyer mileage and has no cash value. Winner must be 21 years of age or older. All travel is required within the Contiguous United States. Photo identification and social security number are required.
Peloton and 1 year Membership
Peloton and 1 year membership will be purchased in winner’s name following the drawing on July 21, 2022. Receipt of equipment and membership will be based on Peloton availability and will be delivered directly to winner. Photo Identification and social security number are required.
Cash Prizes
Cash prizes will be awarded via check within 5 business days of drawing and subject to applicable tax information prior to receipt. Photo identification and social security number are required.
