Two VITA sites were scheduled to be open today, one at Butman-Fish Library and one at Frankenmuth Credit Union-Town and Country Branch (Saginaw). Unfortunately both of those sites will be closed on Tursday, February 3, 2015.
It is our policy that if the Public School Districts are closed due to weather related conditions; the VITA sites in that district are closed as well. The safety of our volunteers and tax payers is our number one concern. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to have sites open tomorrow.
Due to the inclement weather our office will be closed on Monday, February 2. Additionally our VITA , free tax preparation site at Butman-Fish Library will also be closed. The office and our VITA sites will open on Tuesday, February 3.
